Celebrate the start of the Fall season with us at our Barn Sale Preview Party! We have been searching high and low for unique vintage treasures to blend artfully with our new seasonal selections to create visually stunning displays for you to shop from. Our Preview Party allows you to do this FIRST, before the public, in our two-story historic bank barn and outdoor barn courtyard which has been decked out in creative Fall finery. Enjoy the atmosphere and the exclusive early access to shop our treasures while sipping on a seasonal cocktail, autumnal beverage and seasonal fare. It truly is a shopping experience not to be missed!

A portion of our Preview Party ticket sales and a portion of all earnings from our Fall Barn Sale will go to our local charity partner, Historic Yellow Springs! As many of you know, our beloved Life’s Patina Mercantile and Café resides in this village and it is a historic gem. To find out more information about them click HERE!

If weather looks inclement, we will be utilizing the rain date of Thursday, September 18th. As this is an indoor/ outdoor event, if the rain date cannot be utilized as well, we reserve the right to cancel the Preview Party. Unfortunately, there are no refunds as this is a charity event and the money earned from the tickets is already slated to go to the non-profit with whom we are partnering. Please check our website and social media pages before heading out to Willowbrook Farm in case we need to reschedule to the rain date of Thursday, September 18th (11:30 AM – 2:00 PM), or cancel. Please keep in mind that this is an indoor and outdoor event and dress appropriately. Parking is in a field which can get wet and muddy so boots or appropriate footwear are also recommended.
